There is no outside food or drink allowed inside of the action park. You are only allowed to bring a cake or cupcakes purchased from a licensed baker (No Homemade Cakes). If you wish to bring in outside food, you will be charged a fee of $10 per person including both children and adults within your party.
The deposit required to book your event is 50% of your original contract total. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event.
Yes! You can update your package up to 4 Days before your event date.
Yes! Personal decorations can be brought in excluding silly string, tape, confetti, helium balloons, or anything that hangs on the wall.
All of our birthday party packages include Cups, Napkins, Dinner Plates, Cake Plates, Forks, and Tablecloths.
No, you will only be paying for the individuals who will be participating in the party.
Waivers need to be completed online prior to/by the start of your event. Once your party is booked, you will receive an email from us with your personal waiver link. Guests may also visit our website or venue to sign the waiver as well.
No. Adjustments can only be made to your booking by calling the venue, emailing a party coordinator, or meeting within a party coordinator at the venue.

All outside performers (magician, puppeteer, balloon artist, etc.) must be pre-approved by a Dezerland event coordinator at least 7 business days prior to your scheduled event date. Dezerland needs to be added as an additional insured on the entertainers Certificate of Insured, and a copy must be sent to Dezerland.
Yes, all party packages come with a designated party host.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your event time to ensure that everyone’s waivers are signed, and so that we can distribute the required materials based on your attraction of choice (example: grip socks, skates, etc.).*
